Position Overview We are seeking a skilled, reliable Punchout / Repair & Maintenance Technician to complete final-stage work and warranty repairs. This role supports project closeout and client satisfaction with hands-on work in completed or occupied homes. Key Responsibilities Perform finish carpentry, drywall, paint, tile, and general punch list repairs Complete interior and exterior warranty repairs Install surface protection and assist with jobsite cleanup Handle light plumbing, electrical, hardware, and fixture repairs Perform minor landscaping tasks (digging, raking) and pressure washing Maintain professional and respectful presence in client homes Qualifications 4-7 years of residential construction or maintenance experience Strong working knowledge of carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, plumbing, and light electrical Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and time management abilities Basic computer skills (BuilderTrend or CoConstruct experience preferred) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Basic tools required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay of $20-$30 based on experience Weekly pay schedule Positive, team-oriented work environment with growth potential Opportunity to work on high-end residential projects Join our team of skilled professionals!
