Glance:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex PLC-controlled automation systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) Interpret and modify ladder logic and electrical schematics Perform diagnostics and repairs on motors, drives, sensors , and electromechanical systems Support both routine and emergency maintenance for conveyor and sortation equipment Collaborate with controls engineers to enhance system performance and uptime Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PMs) and document service records Mentor junior technicians and promote maintenance best practices Maintain compliance with all safety standards and operational protocols

What You Bring:

5-7 years of industrial maintenance experience (with strong PLC & automation focus) At least 2 years of hands-on experience with electrical/control systems Proficient with gearboxes, motors, belts, pneumatics, and fabrication tools Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement techniques Ability to read and work from technical drawings, schematics, and manuals High School Diploma or GED (required); technical certifications a plus Must pass Bennett Mechanical Aptitude Test (50th percentile or higher) Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs, working at heights (up to 50 ft), and in varying temperature environments
