We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician for our facility in Brunswick, GA , offering a Friday through Monday schedule from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (10-hour shifts) . This weekend-first shift role comes with competitive pay ranging from $26 to $32 per hour based on experience , plus a $1.50/hour shift differential -and best of all, you’ll enjoy three consistent weekdays off to support work-life balance. In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic maintenance on plant equipment and facility systems. You’ll work to minimize downtime and keep our operations running efficiently while supporting a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment Execute preventive maintenance tasks to reduce equipment downtime Respond promptly to emergency repair needs during your shift Read and interpret electrical schematics, manuals, and technical work orders Perform welding, cutting, soldering, and basic facility repairs Maintain plant equipment including conveyors, motors, pneumatics, and hydraulics Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Train peers on new equipment installations as needed Who You Are High school graduate or GED holder (technical training a plus) 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting Skilled in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems Comfortable reading schematics and operating diagnostic tools Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) experience is a bonus Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at heights Why You’ll Love Working Here This is more than just a job-it’s a path to a long-term career.
