Mechanical Maintenance Technician•Facilities 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars
Calhoun, GA Key Responsibilities:
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot facility utility systems, including: Steam boilers Chillers and cooling towers Air compressors Air handling units HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance on all utility equipment. Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards. Repair or replace mechanical components including pumps, valves, and piping systems.
