Maintenance Technician (Day shift) Rising Phoenix Search 4075 Buford Highway, Duluth, GA 30096
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to complete repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service to staff and tenants.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance
- Strong electrical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
