Make Ready Technician Greenwood Star

Beaver Ruin Road, Norcross, GA 30093 Greenwood Star is seeking a Make Ready/Punch Technician to join our team to assist in daily customer service operations.
Responsibilities:
Rehabilitate all vacant apartments to rent-ready condition Ensure all make-ready repairs and services are completed effectively and on schedule Respond to resident concerns in a courteous and timely manner Perform occasional on-call emergency services and repairs as required Report and document any maintenance concerns for repairs Assist in monitoring and/or controlling maintenance inventory and/or supplies Conduct preventive maintenance procedures Maintain the grounds and common areas, picking up trash as necessary Stay current on all applicable building codes and safety standards Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times, on or off the property
Requirements:
Team player with the ability to work effectively with peers Strong communication and customer service Communicates in a calm and open manner regardless of circumstances Treats residents, coworkers, supervisors, and vendors with respect Responds sensitively to concerns/complaints and exhibits a sense of urgency Must have own tools Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation Flexible with work schedule, including availability to work on-call during weekends, evenings, and holidays
