The Maintenance Technician on 2nd shift will perform typical maintenance tasks to support the production floor in the front line/raw or RTE area of our plant. Duties /
Responsibilities:
Performs typical maintenance tasks to support the production floor and the entire facility. Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor. Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations. Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on machinery and the building or grounds as required.

Abilities:
Must be able to perform but not limited to the following skills: Basic plumbing, Basic Industrial electrical, machine repair, plant layout, painting, and janitorial. Required to be familiar with and use all hand tools and power tools common to the skills listed. Must be able to read and interpret drawings, sketches, O.E.M. instructions and specifications. Must feel comfortable with working in a team environment consisting of JSF employees and outside contractors. Required to use considerable judgment when performing and planning to perform his/her tasks. Percent to

Work Environment:
Exposed to a combination of normal office type environments, and shop environments, hot and cold temperatures, wet environments. Regularly exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes, and noise. Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
