Compensation:
$17

Responsibilities:
Take additional maintenance requests as assigned Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks Examine building windows, walls, and doors for damage and perform repairs when needed Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
Qualifications:
Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalent Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures At least 2 years of maintenance experience Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems About Company Our property’s vision is to have a positive impact.
