We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our property running smoothly. Job Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the hotel’s physical structure and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff. This role involves daily repairs, preventive maintenance, and rapid response to guest service requests. Key Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repair duties in guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks. Maintain tools, supplies, and workspaces in a clean and safe condition. Assist in seasonal maintenance and property upkeep (landscaping, snow removal, etc.). Respond quickly and courteously to guest requests and complaints. Maintain detailed logs of all completed work and safety checks. Ensure compliance with OSHA and hotel safety standards.
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or GED 1+ year experience in building maintenance, preferably in a hotel setting Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks Strong communication and organizational skills Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
Preferred:
