Job Description
Maintenance Technician Sundance Asset Management Warner Robins, GA 31088 One maintenance for the property (80 units) Part of our team for 2 properties. $250 signing bonus on 30 day anniversary Responsibilities Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Perform make readies Troubleshoot, repair HVAC equipment 24 hr pager service every 2 weeks. (paid time and a half) Work at the direction of our Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor Communicate respectfully with tenants and property managers Complete work orders properly and in a timely fashion Maintain a clean working environment in the shop Maintain high work ethic and solve problems Help with grounds and other projects Required Skills and Certifications Apartment complex maintenance experience required
