Maintenance Technician Nybrat Asset Management Hinesville, GA 31310 Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair of equipment and systems. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, facilities maintenance, and excellent customer service skills. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with other team members to maintain a safe and efficient working environment. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot electrical issues using tools such as ohmmeters and schematics. Conduct inspections to identify potential problems before they become major issues. Assist in welding tasks as needed for repairs or modifications. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of safety and efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any facility-related concerns promptly. Support leadership in training new staff on maintenance procedures and safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including the ability to read schematics. Proficiency in troubleshooting using ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools. Experience with logic controllers is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Leadership qualities that contribute to a positive team environment.
