Qualifications:
Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent. Five years experience in healthcare facility maintenance. Required Special Skills Ability to read blueprints and design sketches. Trade skill required, i.e. – HVAC, Electrician, Electronics, Plumber, Boiler, etc.. Above average communication skills and ability to relate effectively to the public and health care professionals
