Employee Assistance Program What You’ll Do:
Diagnose and repair a variety of production equipment by identifying mechanical issues, troubleshooting problems, and implementing effective solutions to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime. Fabricate and rebuild tools as needed by using technical skills, precision equipment, and quality materials to maintain and enhance production efficiency. Perform routine maintenance and necessary repairs on conveyors, cylinders, belts, pulleys, bearings, and gearboxes to ensure smooth operation and prevent unexpected equipment failures. Work closely with production teams to identify, analyze, and resolve quality-related issues while actively contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and product consistency. Follow and enforce OSHA safety standards by adhering to regulations such as Hazard Communication, Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and PPE requirements to maintain a safe and compliant work environment. Engage in ongoing training programs, workshops, and industry seminars to stay informed about the latest advancements in maintenance technology, techniques, and safety protocols. What We Need from
You:
