You must have maintenance skills to include but not limited to appliance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and miscellaneous repair s. We’re looking for a reliable team player with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. The position requires that you have your own basic tools, a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. The job would require you to be on-call on a rotating schedule with the other maintenance techs. We offer competitive salary and benefits. EPA certification is required $21.00 up based on experience Must be able to pass a drug test.
