This includes flooring, walls, ceilings, and various structural finishes. The technician is responsible for performing high-quality surface care and repair work while also handling daily maintenance tasks throughout the property. This hands-on role is ideal for someone experienced in floor care (buffering, stripping, waxing), painting, drywall repair, and general maintenance. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating and maintaining clean, professional environments and can work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform surface repair and maintenance duties, including: Floor care (stripping, waxing, buffing, sealing) Interior & Exterior painting Drywall patching and finishing Minor carpentry and cosmetic structural repairs Respond to and complete maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner. Conduct routine inspections of property surfaces to identify wear, damage, or safety issues. Assist in maintaining inventory of supplies and materials needed for repair and maintenance tasks. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Support other maintenance team members as needed on larger projects or emergencies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Working knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment. Skilled in painting, drywall repair, and basic carpentry. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor maintenance issues. Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Excellent time management and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work in various environments.
