Part -Time Are you a skilled maintenance professional who takes pride in quality work and customer service? Our company focuses on Water and Mold restoration and we are expanding, and we’re looking for 3 Maintenance & Repair Technicians to join our team. This is a mobile position—techs must have their own transportation and a basic set of tools.

What You’ll Do:

Perform general maintenance and repair work in residents’ homes and properties Address service requests including: Drywall patching & repair Flooring installation/repair (vinyl, laminate, etc.) Water damage mitigation & restoration Light plumbing & electrical repairs Painting, caulking, and finishing work Assess repair needs and communicate effectively with the office and residents Travel to multiple job sites daily

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in property maintenance or general repair work Strong skills in: Drywall repair Flooring installation & repair Water restoration techniques Ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently Great communication and customer service skills Must be punctual , organized , and able to work independently Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation Basic hand and power tools required (company provides specialty tools as needed) ✅
