Construction 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Augusta, GA 30904 We are currently seeking 2-3 hard working men or women to work on our various properties in Augusta, GA. We do mostly remodeling, repair and rehab work on older houses and apartments. We need honest and reliable workers to help with all types of house installation and maintenance work. A drivers license and vehicle are necessary because your job could be at any of our properties. We have flexible and reasonable work hours, typically Monday through Friday around 7-3. We are flexible and willing to work with any schedule, as long as the job gets done. A paid half hour lunch is included everyday. We have a small contracting team, be able to work with others and communicate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond to maintenance requests and repairs by tenants.
• Handle the turnover of empty units, including installation of sheet rock, taping, sanding, painting, fixing doors, windows and light fixtures.
• Installation of tile and laminate flooring.

Qualifications for this position:

• Basic Carpentry skills needed to install kitchen cabinetry, etc.
• Basic Electrical skills, needed to wiring switches, etc.
• Basic Plumbing skills, needed to need to replace faucets, etc.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks.
• Must have a drivers license and vehicle.
• Work as a team, team work skills.
