The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. This role involves maintaining, repairing, and enhancing various systems within our facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for all occupants. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility equipment. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance schedules. Fabricate and weld components as needed to support facility operations. Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Lead small teams on specific projects or repairs, providing guidance and support as necessary. Execute residential painting tasks to maintain the aesthetic quality of the facilities. Respond promptly to service requests from staff or tenants, demonstrating strong customer service skills. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a focus on electrical systems and logic controllers. Strong ability to fabricate and weld various materials as required for repairs or modifications. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage small teams effectively. Proficient in using CMMS for tracking maintenance tasks and schedules. Solid understanding of customer service principles and practices. Ability to perform residential painting tasks with attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
