Position Details:
We are currently seeking exceptional individuals to join our dedicated team of professionals as Turn Key/Maintenance Technicians.
Experience Required:
Drywall repair Painting Ceiling texture Light Electrical Plumbing Proficiency in minor plumbing tasks such as sink and toilet repairs, as well as hot water heater installation
Responsibilities:
Complete repair and turnkey orders in a timely manner Follow repair lists and effectively prioritize tasks Provide accurate estimates of repair time and extent Perform routine preventive maintenance Report any unresolved maintenance issues or concerns to the management Maintain the cleanliness of work areas Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$20.00 – $26.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
