The ideal candidate will be experienced in a custodian role focused on building upkeep. They will have great physical endurance to cover a large space. A keen eye for detail and diligence are imperative in custodial maintenance jobs. Summary We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team at Blue Fox Cleaning Service LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in one facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our clients. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of providing high-quality cleaning services. Responsibilities Perform routine custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Buff and polish floors to ensure a clean and professional appearance (as scheduled). Handle waste disposal and recycling according to company guidelines. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained. Report major damages and facility issues Secure facilities after operating hours by locking doors, closing windows and setting the alarm. Requirements Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles preferred. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions. Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.
