We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support our operations in Griffin, GA. If you’re passionate about equipment reliability, solving problems hands-on, and being a key player in a high-performing team•this opportunity is for you. You will help ensure our facility runs at peak efficiency. You’ll perform scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and keep our critical systems operating safely.
Pay:
$29.85/hr•$32.00/hr
Shift:
Train on Days•1st Shift 7:00am•3:00pm Once completed will transition to Nights.
Night:
7:00pm•7:00am Your responsibilities will include: Performing preventive and emergency maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam systems Troubleshooting and repairing plant equipment and machinery Reading technical manuals, schematics, and utilizing test equipment for diagnostics Operating boilers and maintaining minimum steam pressure of 180 PSI Collaborating with vendors and subcontractors as needed Maintaining organized, clean, and safe work areas Keeping detailed records of maintenance activities Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors What You Bring High school diploma or GED required 2-3 years of verifiable maintenance experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Ability to read and interpret technical documents and use precision measuring tools Strong team mindset and effective communication skills Commitment to workplace safety and continuous learning
