We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician to support mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam, and light electrical systems in a high-performing manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do:

Perform preventive maintenance tasks and respond to emergency breakdowns Troubleshoot and repair systems involving hydraulics, pneumatics, steam, and mechanical components Support light electrical work (higher-level electrical handled by licensed electricians) Safely operate and maintain boiler systems (>180 PSI) Use measurement tools accurately and consult manuals or technical diagrams as needed Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues Maintain clear records of work performed and keep your workspace clean and organized Follow all safety protocols and support a zero-incident work culture

What You Bring:

High school diploma or GED required 2-3 years of verifiable industrial maintenance experience Strong mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repair skills Ability to read schematics and work from technical documentation Familiarity with measurement tools and standard repair techniques Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or on a team Willingness to adhere to strict attendance policies (tardiness is closely monitored)
