General Maintenance Technician Whataburger – MTOH Griffin, GA 30223 Medical, Dental, Vision- Low premium, low deductible! At Whataburger, our General Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks and ensuring the upkeep of our store facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, practical problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The candidate must have their own basic tools and must also have a clean motor vehicle record. Made to Order Holdings, LLC (also referred to as “MTOH”) is a licensed Franchisee for Whataburger and has the exclusive right to develop and operate restaurants in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Made to Order Holdings will develop 40+ units over the next five to seven years with 10 stores open to date and plans to acquire additional territories in the surrounding areas. This venture will bring one of the most iconic QSR brands to the state of Georgia.

Qualifications:

Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification I, II, preferred Commercial Food Equipment Service Association (CFESA) Certification, preferred Trade school graduate with diploma in commercial HVAC/refrigeration 2+ years’ experience in commercial kitchen equipment repair 2+ years’ experience as HVAC Technician, Commercial Refrigeration Technician and/or Maintenance Service Technician Valid driver’s license with liability insurance, a good driving record and a satisfactory background check, required Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains all Whataburger equipment, includingrefrigeration, heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), cooking and beverage equipment Installs new equipment as needed in accordance with company safety procedures. Maintains parts inventory Performs scheduled preventative maintenance on kitchen equipment, rooftop units, and ice makers. Manages work orders to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) and maximize customer service. Reports on work schedule and equipment repair statuses. Engage with third party vendors and review/approve their work.
