Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician 3.5 3.5 out of 5 stars Camak, GA 30807 Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with a prominent client in the Camak, GA area.
Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician Key Responsibilities:
Pay based on experience and interview. 1 st shift: 7am-5pm Mon-Thu and ½ day on Friday. Possible weekends if equipment is down. MUST have experience in Electrical.
Preventative Maintenance:
Following schedules to ensure equipment and machinery are in good working order, including inspections, lubrication, and component replacement.
Troubleshooting and Repair:
Identifying and resolving issues with equipment and machinery, using diagnostic tools and techniques.
Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment performance.
Safety:
Adhering to safety protocols and regulations when working with machinery, equipment, and tools.
Collaboration:
Working with other maintenance team members, engineers, and production personnel.
Skills Development:
Continually learning and improving skills in various trades to keep up with industry advancements. Performs other duties as assigned.
Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician Tasks:
Electrical:
Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, motors, and controls.
Mechanical:
Repairing and maintaining machinery, gearboxes, bearings, and hydraulic systems.
Plumbing:
Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing issues, including leaks and clogs.
HVAC:
Maintaining and repairing HVAC systems, including chillers, pumps, and air handling units.
Building Maintenance:
Addressing issues with walls, floors, ceilings, and other structural components.
Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
High School graduate or General Education Degree (GED). MUST have experience with either a Cherry Picker or Reach. Why Peoplelink?
