LLC, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of tasks across residential and commercial properties.

Specific responsibilities may include:

For General Handyman :

Perform general maintenance and repairs across various property types. Conduct routine inspections and address small repairs, ensuring properties remain in top condition. Provide services such as carpentry, flooring, painting, roofing, power washing, and other general maintenance duties. Assist with emergency repairs, including tarping and temporary solutions to protect property from damage. Maintain clean and safe work environments. Familiar with Property Preservation Wizard (PPW) Who Can Apply? We are seeking candidates with experience in any of the following areas: General Property Maintenance General Handyman Roofer Snow Removal Worker (Seasonal) Carpenter Flooring Specialist Masonry Worker Water Heater Technician Painter & Power Washer Landscaper & Groundskeeper Parking Lot & Grounds Maintenance Worker Winterization Specialist Plumbing Helper Electrical Helper Cabinet Maker Concrete Specialist Gutter Installer & Repairer Tarping Specialist (Emergency Repairs)

Property Maintenance Technician Tile Installer Fence Installer & Repairer Pressure Washing Specialist Pest Control Specialist HVAC Technician Appliance Repair Technician Pool Maintenance Technician Security System Installer Window Installer & Repairer Siding Installer & Repair Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in the maintenance, electrical, or plumbing fields.

For Electricians & Plumbers:

Valid state licenses and credentials. Strong technical skills and ability to work across multiple trades. Personal tools and reliable transportation (for all positions).
