This role is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, a customer service mindset, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs
- Turn and prepare units for new residents
- Respond to work orders in a timely manner
- Maintain property cleanliness and safety
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Schedule:
Full-time, may include on-call rotation.
