Electrical-Mechanical Maintenance Tech – Industrial & Automation(preferred knowledge of PLCs)

Job Description:

We are seeking askilled Electro-Mechanical Tech with experience in industrialautomation preferred to join our team. In this role, you willcollaborate closely with our Maintenance Manager and ElectricalEngineer to support operations by ensuring the reliability andfunctionality of electrical systems.

Core Responsibilities:

Monitorand address electrical-mechanical maintenance needs to supportsmooth operations. Install, repair, test, and troubleshootindustrial equipment and electrical associated controls, includingAllen Bradley PLCs, automation controllers, and HMIs. Rotate shiftsperiodically and assist with troubleshooting electrical weldingmethods, handling high voltage (3 phase, 480V) as required. Conductperiodic inspections, tests, and maintenance procedures onequipment to maintain optimal performance. Read and interpretschematics and electrical terminations to diagnose root problemseffectively. Install and connect power supply wiring and conduitfor new equipment installations. Diagnose malfunctions inequipment, making repairs or replacements as necessary. Communicateany electrical issues to engineering and plant management tofacilitate timely resolutions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience asan Electrician or Technician in an industrial setting, with astrong focus on industrial electro-mechanical maintenance.

Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controls (PLCs) and automationsystems. Knowledge of high voltage electrical systems (3 phase,480V). Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to readelectrical schematics. Excellent communication skills and acollaborative mindset.
