Looking for skilled and experienced W-9 contractors/ Handymen, for foreclose property maintenance services in Shreveport, LA. Long Island Property Services LLC works with National companies to ensure properties are in proper conveyance condition. Contractors/ Handymen are assigned work orders. Contractors are responsible for performing the work and taking photos while working at the property, for instance, before, during, and after photos of the work, property verification, and property condition photos. Foreclose property maintenance work may include but is not limited to: Inspections Lawn Maintenance Winterization Lock Changes Debris Removal Snow Removal Janitorial Services Board-Ups Bidding Completing Minor and Major Repairs Electronic completion and Submission of documentation Taking clear pictures.
