This is an excellent learning opportunity for someone looking to build a career in property maintenance. You will gain hands-on experience performing a variety of maintenance tasks, primarily focused on preparing vacant units for new residents. Responsibilities include completing make-ready repairs such as basic electrical and plumbing work, appliance maintenance, door lock adjustments, simple carpentry, and drywall repair. You’ll also assist with other assigned maintenance duties and report any major repair needs. •

Qualifications:

• Ideal candidates will possess basic repair skills, a working knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing systems, and experience using hand tools. Familiarity with drywall, painting, and basic carpentry is a plus. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, a good communicator, willing to learn, and able to work independently or as part of a team. The ability to accept direction and correction constructively is essential.
