Our mission is to ensure that every property we manage is maintained to the highest standards, providing comfort and satisfaction to our tenants. Summary We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Shreveport-based property management team. As a vital part of our operation, you’ll be responsible for maintaining multiple residential properties in top condition, ensuring that our tenants enjoy a safe, clean, and fully functioning living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs across residential rental properties, including: Plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, carpentry, and appliance repairs Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner Assist with unit turns between tenants (paint, patch, clean, repair) Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance Maintain the cleanliness and safety of property exteriors, hallways, and common areas Accurately log completed work and report any ongoing issues to property management Use company-provided tools and/or vehicle
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of residential or multi-property maintenance experience Strong skills in general repairs: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, painting, etc. Self-motivated with strong time-management and problem-solving skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and safely operate maintenance tools Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
