Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Fabricate components as needed to support maintenance operations. Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues and implement solutions. Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical testing and troubleshooting. Conduct residential painting tasks as part of property upkeep. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Collaborate with other departments to address facility needs and improve operational efficiency. Experience Proven experience in maintenance roles, demonstrating mechanical knowledge across various systems. Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal. Experience working with electrical systems and performing troubleshooting tasks is essential. A background in residential painting is a plus, enhancing the ability to maintain aesthetic standards.
