MAJOR RESPONSIBILTIES

- +| Under general direction performs corrective maintenance i.
e.pipeline || systems, grounds and building maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, || inspection, and functional testing of all site mechanical systems, || and equipment such as pumps, motors, valves, piping, site support || equipment, and vehicles as authorized under Level of Repair (LOR) for || Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) equipment. |
- +| Under general direction performs preventive/predictive maintenance on || all site mechanical systems, pipeline systems, support equipment and || general grounds and buildings following approved procedures |
- +| Under general direction operates support equipment necessary to the || proper and effective performance of assigned duties. |
- +| Reads and interprets plans, piping diagrams, specifications, and || follows state, local, and national codes. |
- +| Assists subcontractors in performing preventive and corrective || maintenance. |
- +| Performs other duties as assigned following approved procedures. || || Ensures proper and timely preparation of all required work related || documentation. |
- +| Under general direction performs duties of Emergency Response Team || (ERT) member during actual emergency incidents and training sessions, || to include responses to fires, hazardous materials incidents, oil || spills, and medical emergencies within the levels of training || provided. |

REQUIRED
|| || Associates Degree from accredited school and three years experience || in mechanical systems maintenance OR HS diploma and 5 year of || experience in mechanical systems maintenance || ||
