The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in commercial building maintenance and construction. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and construction repairs on various systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, commercial doors and hardware, etc..
- Ability to complete all work orders in a timely manner.
- Able to work alone at times without supervision.
- Execute professionalism with clients and staff.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Ability to take direction and leadership and work well with Supervisor.
- Must have clean Background and MVR
- Must have valid drivers license. Experience
- At least 5 years proven experience in maintenance and construction of commercial building facilities.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
- Electrical, plumbing, HVAC knowledge is highly desirable for troubleshooting and repairs.
- HVAC certification a plus
