We are currently adding an experienced General Maintenance Technician to our team to help service the needs of our residents and to help prepare apartments for new resident move-ins at our Breakers apartment community on Lake Avenue in Metairie. The person we are looking for will be a highly skilled technician who pays attention to detail. The ideal candidates will have a background in property maintenance. Join our team and #BeThe1! The individuals joining our Team should have the following:
- Experience with repairs in electrical, plumbing and appliances
- Tools and reliable transportation
- Some grounds maintenance duties will also be required What you will do as a Maintenance Technician on our
Team:
- Provide our residents with electrical, plumbing and appliance repair services in a friendly, courteous and expedient manner
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents move-ins
- Complete required paperwork such as inventory logs, service tickets and daily recap sheets What You Will Receive as a member of our
