Reads meters and gauges or automatic recording devices Maintains equipment by tightening fittings, repacking bearings, replacing belts, gaskets, motors Maintains Fire and Life Safety Inspection Observe equipment operation for potential issues, taking corrective action. Perform Preventive Maintenance Electrical Troubleshooting Repair Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical components Ballast Replacement and installation Test airflow and adjust dampers and vents to desired results.
