General maintenance and repair on a commercial building. Must have exp working on or maintaining building systems such as HVAC and plumbing. Work is M-F 7-3:30. $14/hr requirements include, but not limited to: Must be familiar with hand tools associated with building maintenance. Must have hands on experience in maintaining building systems. Any amount of time will be considered. Must have reliable transportation to work site. Must be able to past pre-employment drug screen.
