What you will do:

• By providing friendly, courteous and expedient resident service, you will play an integral part in resident satisfaction and retention.
• Respond to resident maintenance needs including, HVAC repair/replace, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and carpentry
• Prepare apartments for new resident move-ins
• Respond to after-hours emergencies every other week What we need:
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances a plus. Willing to train the right candidate.
• Superb resident communication skills and an ability to get the job done
• Great people skills that shine in a team environment
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening What you will receive:
• Hourly pay based on experience
