Maintenance Technician Frontline Management Group Lafayette, LA 70503 Job Summary Locally owned property management company looking to hire a reliable and experienced maintenance worker capable of performing various tasks. Must be able to troubleshoot electrical, plumbing and air conditioning issues. Should also be able to do carpentry, painting and sheetrock work. Job will involve handling maintenance calls and make readys at various properties in the Lafayette area. Company health insurance offered after 60 days of employment. Need to have minimum 3 years experience in the field of property maintenance and be HVAC certified.
