Kaliste Saloom Road, Lafayette, LA 70508 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in performing maintenance tasks across various systems. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to ensuring the functionality and safety of all equipment and facilities. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service while providing excellent customer service to our clients. Responsibilities Perform mobile home rehabs and remodels Handle plumbing and electrical repairs Coordinate or perform HVAC-related tasks Complete landscaping and lawn care Conduct painting, trash removal, and general cleanup Respond to on-call maintenance emergencies Maintain a high standard of curb appeal and community safety Experience Valid driver’s license Ability to lift 50 lbs Experience in mobile home maintenance is preferred , but not required Must be a reliable self-starter with a strong work ethic Join us in maintaining a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for all!
