Must be able to inspect facilities structure and perform needed repair making notes and recommendations. Must be able to perform minor electrical maintenance to include but not be limited to replacement or repair of fixtures (e.g. wall switches and outlets, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cords, etc.) using appropriate tools. Perform minor plumbing maintenance (e.g. replacement or repair of leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging of drains and installing new lines, replacing drain hoses on washers and similar devices, etc.). Perform minor painting, carpentry and masonry work (e.g. preparing surfaces and using brush, sprayer, or roller to apply paints, stains, and varnishes, hanging doors, fitting locks and handles, etc.). Inspect small fleet (4) of company vehicles and do minor repairs when needed. Major repairs will be handled by a professional automotive technician. Assist with special event set-ups and tear down. Cleans storage areas – as well as pick up deliveries from office and put into storage areas. Other duties as assigned. Must be able to pass drug screen, pass background check, and have a clean driving record.
