This role is essential in ensuring that high-quality windows and doors are installed efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and installation, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship. Duties Install windows and doors according to specifications and industry standards. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installations. Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble and install fixtures. Perform heavy lifting as required during the installation process. Conduct metal stud framing as part of the installation framework. Ensure proper sealing and insulation of installed windows and doors. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. Experience Proven experience in carpentry or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with cabinet installation techniques is a plus. Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. Experience with glass installation is highly desirable. Strong understanding of fixture installation processes. Competence in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Capability to perform heavy lifting as needed during installations.
