Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated CNC Operator to join our exceptional team at CCI Productions. This position is ideal for someone who is proficient in CNC Milling, including programming, can lift and move heavy materials, and takes pride in the work they are doing. As a CNC Operator, you’ll load and unload different types of materials, prepare and cut pieces, and produce high quality components that meet strict specifications. This role is essential for ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently, and you’ll play a key role in ensuring our creative designs become reality. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in organization, and is eager to learn new skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Load, run, and unload stock into the CNC machine, work holding devices, and monitor the machining process. Performs visual and physical inspection of parts produced. Open and manipulate files on the computer. Clean the equipment used and keep the work station clean/organized. Assist with basic carpentry tasks and use general power tools as needed. Safely lift and move materials weighing over 50 pounds.

Requirements:

Has a high school diploma or equivalent. Basic math and computer skills including file management/navigation. Is a self-managed individual able to work well independently or in a team environment. General knowledge of power tools and mild carpentry. Is flexible and responsive to changing demands. Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Possess excellent time management skills. Possess strong verbal and written communications skills. Willing to learn new skills and take direction. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed. Installers are expected to provide their own tool kit. CCI will provide the signage, hardware, instructions, visual diagrams/support, CCI branded t-shirts, car magnet, hard hat and vest for construction site installs.
