The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set that allows them to perform various maintenance and repair tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring that properties are well-maintained, safe, and functional. If you have a knack for fixing things and enjoy working with your hands, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties. Address plumbing issues, including leaky faucets, clogged drains, and toilet repairs. Conduct electrical work such as replacing light fixtures, outlets, and switches. Assemble furniture and equipment as needed. Paint walls, touch up surfaces, and perform drywall repairs. Install shelves, cabinets, and other fixtures according to specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after each job. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. Skills Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting techniques. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various issues. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship. Ability to follow safety protocols while working on different projects. Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Previous experience in maintenance or maintenance person services is mandatory.
