Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician who is self-motivated, dependable, and capable of performing various maintenance and repair tasks. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing job sites, coordinating with clients, and executing a range of projects, including but not limited to flooring repair, painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical work, light-duty HVAC, acoustical ceiling repair, door hardware installation, exterior brick repair, and stucco repair.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with clients in English to coordinate projects and provide updates. Write estimates and present them to clients using our in-house job management system. Meet with commercial clients onsite to assess job requirements and recommend solutions. Order and coordinate materials and equipment needed for projects. Drive to and from job sites, ensuring timely arrival and efficient project execution. Send and receive emails to keep clients informed about project progress and updates. Work independently and autonomously to complete various tasks within budget and deadlines. Requirements:

Must be a U.S. citizen. Proficient in English (spoken and written). Must own a truck and possess basic hand tools, power tools, and ladders.
