As a Permanent Industrial MachineryMechanic, you will play a critical role in our Engineering team.

Long Term/Short TermDisability Insurance Job Details Responsibilities:

1. Performroutine and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery andequipment, including conveyor systems, motors, hydraulic andpneumatic systems. 2. Diagnose and repair malfunctions in machineryand equipment, using various techniques such as electricaltroubleshooting, calibration, and welding. 3. Read and interpretengineering blueprints and technical drawings to understandmachinery layout and troubleshoot issues effectively. 4. Use 2DAutoCAD and SolidWorks to design and modify machinery parts. 5.Work with MIG and TIG welding processes for equipment repair andfabrication. 6. Handle the assembly and wiring of electricalcomponents and systems. 7. Collaborate with the engineering team toidentify and implement improvements in machinery design andoperation. 8. Ensure compliance with safety regulations andprocedures during all repair and maintenance activities. 9.Document all maintenance and repair work for future reference andreporting purposes.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years ofexperience as an Industrial Machinery Mechanic or similar role inthe Engineering industry. 2. Proficient in electrical assembly,mechanical maintenance, and electrical troubleshooting. 3.Extensive experience with 2D AutoCAD and SolidWorks. 4. Familiaritywith MIG and TIG welding processes. 5. Strong knowledge ofhydraulic and pneumatic systems. 6. Experience with conveyorsystems and motors. 7. Ability to read and interpret engineeringblueprints and technical drawings. 8. Excellent problem-solvingskills and attention to detail. 9. Proven ability to performcalibration and wiring tasks effectively. 10. Strong communicationskills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.11. A safety-first mindset, with a strong understanding of industrysafety standards and regulations.
