, inthe top 40 companies to work for in 2023 and 2024 by The CharlotteObserver , and as the 7 top workplace in the Real Estate Industry !As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will beresponsible for: Maintaining and preserving a multi-million dollarluxury community ensuring a quality living experience for ourresidents Utilizing your advanced troubleshooting and technicalskills to identify and resolve technical issues with HVAC,plumbing, electrical, sewer/water, swimming pool and securitysystems Developing a strong rapport with residents and assistingthem with resolving various general maintenance issues (appliances,flooring, cabinets, locks, drywall, etc.) in a timely mannerAssisting the Service Supervisor with preparing makeready schedulesand walking and punching all makeready units to ensure they are intop condition and ready to lease to prospective residents Placingorders with approved vendors for all necessary supplies andequipment Helping the service team maintain a strong curb appeal atthe property
Qualifications:
2 years of related multifamily/hotelmaintenance experience Strong knowledge and experience with HVACsystems, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair and generalcarpentry
HVAC/EPA
certification and Fair Housing training isrequired CPO and CAMT (Apartment Maintenance) certifications arealso required (can be obtained after hire) Experience with MSOffice Suite (Word and Outlook) Full training on how to usemakeready schedule, Payables Nexus for ordering supplies and Yardifor all service requests (training may be obtained after hire)Strong customer service skills At times, will be required to be oncall
