We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and repair of company vehicles and equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical skills, a proactive work ethic, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles (e.g., oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks). Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in vehicles and equipment. Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies. Assist with emergency vehicle repairs as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance shop and tools.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED. Previous experience in fleet maintenance or a related field preferred. Basic knowledge of automotive and diesel mechanics. Ability to operate diagnostic tools and mechanical equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Valid driver’s license
