Job Description:
A local real estate company is seeking a reliable and skilled Make-Ready Technician to prepare residential properties for new tenants or buyers. This role is critical in ensuring our homes are clean, functional, and move-in ready, maintaining the high standards our company is known for.
Responsibilities:
Inspect properties and identify necessary repairs or improvements Perform minor repairs including drywall, painting, flooring, and basic plumbing and electrical work Replace fixtures, hardware, and appliances as needed Clean and prepare properties inside and out Communicate progress and any major issues to the property manager Ensure all work is completed on schedule and within company standards
Requirements:
General maintenance, handyman, or construction experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
