Floor Care Technician Position Available In St. Tammany, Louisiana

Floor Care Technician Floor Care Concepts Covington, LA The Flooring Technician will be responsible for a variety of tasks in relation to the cleaning and maintenance of all the carpet and floors in commercial businesses. Surfaces will include carpet, VCT, wood, ceramic, stone and upholstery. Job Requirements

• Valid DL with clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a back ground check
• on the job training will be provided, so experience not required
• Able to navigate roads and floor plans
• pay will be determined based on common knowledge and experience Physical requirements
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time
• Flexible and sometime long hours
• Some weekends and out of town travel periodically required
• Must be able to lift or push up to 50 lbs Other Requirements
• Must be able to multi task and prioritize duties in order to meet deadlines
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
• Must wear appropriate uniform and name tag
• Comply with Millicare standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations Job Duties
• Technicians must be friendly, attentive and courteous to all customers and coworkers
• Maintain a clean and organized work space including vehicles and warehouse
• Clean carpet areas per Millicare specifications
• Strip and wax floors
• Ensure overall customer satisfaction
• perform other duties as requested by management
• Maintain equipment as needed
