Swimming Pool Service Technician Position Available In West Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Swimming Pool Service Technician Acadian Aquatics Port Allen, LA 70767 We are seeking a Swimming Pool Maintenance Technician! We are looking for a self-motivated, hard-working employee to work full-time (40 hrs/week). Competitive pay ($19.50+ per hour). No pool or related experience required. All training, equipment, supplies and service truck provided by company.

Potential employees must:

Have current driver’s license and insurance. Have reliable transportation to/from work. Have a clean criminal and driving record Be able to pass a drug test Be able to pass a background check Must own a smartphone with camera Must be able to lift 50 lb. containers throughout the day

Primary Responsibilities:

Servicing swimming pools Testing water and dispensing chemicals Operating pool equipment Maintain a safe and clean work environment Perform routine preventative maintenance Track all equipment and supplies Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Must have high school diploma or equivalent Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision Ability to handle physical workload Ability to prioritize and multitask The physical environment requires the employee to work outside in conditions such as heat/cold, wet/humid.
